Our Service Commitment

The most important thing to us at Pride Marine Group is that you can use your boat when you want to. However, accidents and breakdowns do happen.

If you run into problems, our expert service team will work hard to diagnose any issues you might have and get your boat back to you so you can continue to enjoy it during our boating season.

To help prevent breakdowns, just like a car, we highly recommend following manufacturer-recommended routine maintenance to ensure your boat is in tip-top operating shape. Each boat has a unique service schedule, and our Service Crew is equipped, trained and prepared to keep your boat up-to-date and running like new.

We are happy to offer the best boat service, maintenance and repairs across Ontario. With ten locations, we are able to provide service to most boating areas either at our marine location, at the dock or boathouse, or on the water in emergency situations.

Routine Maintenance

Depending on the local Pride Marine location, we offer a range of services from servicing right in your boathouse, valet service where we pick up your boat, at-the-dock service, or you can bring the boat to us.

Certified Technicians

Because we offer over 15 boat brands across Ontario, we train and certify our Service Technicians and Apprentices with each individual brand, and the subsequent marine engine that we sell. This includes Mercury, Volvo, and PMC (at designated locations), we also have access to a massive parts inventory, so your boat will not be out of service for long.

Our Gel & Fiberglass technicians are experts in their trade. With many years of fibreglass and Gel Coat experience, they can match, patch, repaint, respray and even recolour your boat.
