"I have been a customer at Pride of Muskoka for over 10 years now, utilizing the valet service. I brought my pride and joy, a 24' 1988 Switzer, over to Lake Muskoka from Georgian Bay in the year 2000. I bought the boat new in 1988.
A little back ground. Back in the late eighties and early nineties, a few buddies and myself operated a boat rental company in the Kawarthas (Premier Charters). So I have dealt with many marinas over the past 25 years in the Kawarthas on on Georgian Bay. Without question, the best service I have ever experienced as a boater is at Pride of Muskoka. Over the years, Pride has always made sure my boat was serviced and thoroughly checked over for the season. It is always clean and ready to go at the dock when I arrive. The staff have cared for the boat as though it were their own. The people at Pride of Muskoka understand that boaters invest a lot of time and money to enjoy a very limited amount of time on the water and they all work to ensure that our time on the lake is as enjoyable and carefree as it can be.
While I have cared for the boat over the years, as all boats do over the time, the gel coat had deteriorated a little and needed some attention. The bottom had a few blisters and cracks and the red sides had faded from the sun. Working with Jane in service and I believe Nichole (a gel coat technician), we decided to refinish the boat earlier this year. I can not describe how pleased I was when I arrived up to the lake this summer and saw the finished boat for the first time. Nicole did an absolutely outstanding job. My twenty three year old boat looks brand new. I received many compliments about the boat before, but this summer people took extra notice of the boat. Over the years I have had Pride do a few upgrades (new stereo and a custom bimni top) and I have always been delighted with the results. With your mechanics always ensuring my boat is running at its best and the care taken in maintaining its outward appearance, combined with the truly outstanding service that Jane provides, your team deserves much praise from a truly satisfied customer.

"So far I am happy with the Ranger, the all digital no key, dash thing, scares me a little, but then again my Triton was similar....all the manufactures have some good points and some bad points in each boat. I am so not brand loyal, I buy what I like at the time, in everything - sleds, boats etc., at this stage of the game - the top boats are all SO close in most aspects...my only cons on the Ranger, would be a little lack of storage (which may be a good thing in hindsight), the windshields do NOTHING, and the livewell is a little confusing for a simple fella like me, other than that the boat is great. Brandon at Pride Group (formerly New Ark) treated me awesome, and was great to deal with, took my boat in on a trade (sight unseen), and did it all in two days!, I recommend him for sure"

"Just picked up my new (to me) 2007 Super Air Nautique 210 and I couldn't be happier with the boat or the service I received from Pride Marine Group. Wayne Rodgers was great to deal with, and he put me in a boat that fit my requirements and delivery schedule. Chris Marshall and his crew at Pride of Rosseau did a super job installing the accessories and bringing the boat back to showroom condition. Finally, Karen Nickel made it a painless process to trade-in my 1994 Malibu. This was my second boat purchase through Pride Marine, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future."
