Chaparral Boats, Inc. is pleased to announce Pride Marine Group’s September 30th, 2011 newest store opening. According to Chaparral President, Jim Lane, “It will be an exciting day in the evolution of the Chaparral brand in Ontario, Canada. This day will mark the opening of the new Chaparral Boating Centre on Highway 400 in Innisfil. Pride Marine Group will be opening their 6th location in the central hub of Simcoe, Georgian Bay and Great Lakes boating”.
The impressive 17,000 sq. ft. facility will feature a 3 story high glass showroom to showcase our Signature cruisers and Premier yachts like never before seen in Ontario. Our all new 310 and 330 Signature cruisers are beautifully appointed and ready for weekend getaways, and while the 420 Premier has yet to grace the waters of Ontario, we look forward to the reception it will receive by experienced Ontario yachters at this January’s Toronto Boat Show.
The new Pride Marine Group location is also the ideal location to introduce our new H20 value series that debuted last month at our World Wide Dealer Conference. The launch of the H20 Series continues Chaparral's award winning string of new product introductions. In the last five years, the company has introduced 30 new boats at its Worldwide Dealer Conference, proving Chaparral's commitment to new product innovation and dealer support.
"Judging by dealer reaction and initial sales orders, our H20 line has already far exceeded expectations," said Chaparral President Jim Lane. Buck Pegg, founder of Chaparral Boats, has been intimately involved with the H20 project from its inception. There are so many small lakes in Ontario, I can’t think of a more appropriate place to launch the H20 Series. Pride Marine Group’s Innisfil location will also become Eastern Canada’s exclusive Robalo fishing boat dealer. Recently receiving the NMMA’s coveted CSI award for the 4th year in a row, Robalo builds 12 world class fishing boats from 18 to 30 feet, and new for 2012 will be 2 new value priced center console models, ideal for the inland lakes of central Ontario.

Pride Opens 6th Location on Hwy #400 – Barrie, On.

Pride Marine Group unveiled the signage to begin the process of opening its 6th location in Ontario. The new location, south of Barrie on Highway 400, is an architecturally designed dealership with landscaped grounds, a show pond and 4 acres of secure exterior display and storage space. The centre piece of the new dealership is the 6200 sq.ft. glass yacht and cruiser showroom which will display boats up to 50 feet long. Adjacent to the glass showroom is another 3000 sq.ft. sport boat showroom. With just under 10,000 sq.ft. of indoor space, the new Pride Marine Group location will be the largest indoor boating exhibition in Ontario. A boat Show every day!
Pride Marine Group has partnered with Chaparral Boats as the exclusive boat manufacturer for our newest location. Chaparral has a long history and reputation in the area and we are proud to partner with them in this new venture. Their array of SSi and Sunesta Wide Techs, along with their classic SSx sport boats are perfectly suited to Simcoe area boaters and Ontario trailer boaters alike. In the expansive glass Yacht and Cruiser Showroom, we are looking forward to showing customers an expanded offering of both the Signature cruising models and the award winning Chaparral Premier Yachts.
Boats are currently being shipped to the new Pride Marine Group location on highway 400, and the building is being prepared for a September 30th opening date. A hiring fair will be initiated in coming weeks and we are looking forward to becoming part of the Barrie/Innisfil community.
